Core backup plus archive, search, and record preservation for supported sources. The Service Order defines archive scope, retention, access, and export terms.
Cloud + Local Hybrid Storage
Separately priced customer-site storage, usually one customer-provided NAS, added to the cloud backup included in every tier. It is part of the same hybrid configuration, not an independent backup system.
Recovery Test Restore Exercise
Additional or different controlled restore testing with documented results. The quarterly eligible Windows Server test is already included in DEFENSE and GUARDIAN server tiers.
