Know what is protected
Coverage and recovery scope
Your approved Service Order and Covered Systems Schedule identify the devices, data sources, image scope, storage destinations, and add-ons that apply to your environment.
Approval and first backup
Only devices and data sources approved in writing are protected. Agent installation alone does not back up every file. Recovery becomes available only after an approved backup completes successfully, and retention history builds over time.
Schedule and review
Each covered device has one scheduled backup per day. Missed and failed jobs are reviewed at the beginning of each business workday. An offline device may miss a recovery point, and routine failures do not automatically receive after-hours human review.
Included restore help
Routine technician-assisted remote file and folder restores from available recovery points are included. Full device rebuilds, major application or database recovery, onsite work, hardware, and third-party costs need separate scope and pricing unless your Service Order expressly includes them.
Storage and retention
Every tier includes off-site cloud storage and six-month standard retention while service is active. Customer-site storage and extended retention are separately priced add-ons. Storage increases require customer approval before activation and billing.
