Appointment availability and booking are handled through the applicable scheduling service. A request does not guarantee availability or create a service agreement. External customer portals, scheduling systems, chat services, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

When submitting information, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to provide it, and that it does not violate another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California.
