Overview
Cloud Workspace Backup Core protects approved Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace users and supported data sources for recovery. The Service Order defines covered accounts and shared resources, backup frequency, retention, storage limits, restore assistance, offboarded-user handling, and export or deletion terms. A covered user account does not automatically include every shared resource.
Why it matters
Provides an additional recovery layer by maintaining backup copies of supported cloud workspace data outside the primary environment.
