Overview
Cloud Workspace Backup extends BackupGuard protection to supported Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace data (email, files, calendars, contacts, and supported collaboration data). While these platforms are reliable, they are not a complete substitute for an independent backup strategy — accidental deletion, user error, malicious deletion, account compromise, offboarding, ransomware, and retention gaps can still cause data loss. Core is designed for recovery.

Provides an additional recovery layer by maintaining backup copies of supported cloud workspace data outside the primary environment.
