Windows workstation image backup starts in DEFENSE; eligible Windows Server image backup starts in CORE.
Overview
Windows Server Image Backup is included for eligible covered servers starting in BackupGuard CORE. Windows Workstation Image Backup is added for eligible covered workstations in BackupGuard DEFENSE and GUARDIAN, within the approved image scope. Full device rebuilds and restoration to replacement hardware require a separately approved scope and price unless expressly included in the Service Order.
